Overview

We have a range of webinar recordings available for staff at your school to access to assist them with using a range of modules available within Compass.

Webinar recordings provide great flexibility as you can watch the video whenever it suits, and you can pause, rewind, and fast forward as needed. 

In order to watch a past Webinar, locate the webinar of your choosing from the below range, and click the title to access the registration page.   
You will be taken to a form - please fill out these fields and click ‘Register’.  This will then open the webinar for you to watch.  

Please note if your school is not currently accessing a module covered in a webinar and you need some further information, please contact our Support Team via support@compass.education.

The available webinars may feature in more than one section below due to the nature of the content ie. the School Documentation and School Resources webinar is listed in both the Administration Content section and the Learning Tasks section of this article as it relates to both areas.

General Introduction to CompassWe recommend staff complete the free Compass Essentials course in Compass Academy to give them an introduction to navigating Compass and the key functions they will initially encounter.

Business Manager Training Content covered includes Budgets, Purchase Orders, Payment Plans and CompassPay
Issue TrackerHow to set-up an Issues register and manage raised issues for things like IT equipment, Grounds Maintenance etc at your school.

End of Year Compass Rollover

At the end of each year, you must complete the Annual Rollover process so that your Compass portal is ready for Day 1 of the new academic year.
