To ensure consistency with certain field content in user accounts, the 'Standardise Data' option in People Management allows you to bulk update discrepancies in data entry i.e. If you want references to a State to always be abbreviated you can update records that have the state listed as it's full name to the abbreviation (Victoria to VIC).
To access the 'Standardise Data' option, staff will require the UserRecordsAdmin permission.
