Downloading a Student Timetable

Overview

At times students may need a hard copy of their standard timetable.  Their standard timetable (5 or 10 day) can be downloaded as a pdf via the student's schedule tab.

Please note: This timetable is intended for everyday use throughout the term and will exclude Events, School Activities, teacher changes and location changes.
When downloading, please select a cycle that includes classes that run for the entire term to ensure all relevant classes are included in the timetable. 


Downloading the student's timetable

To download a student's schedule, go to the student's profile page (you can search the student in the main Compass search bar or click their name within a roll to open their profile page).
     

Click to their 'Schedule' tab.
     

Click the 'Download Timetable PDF' button.
     

In the pop-up, select the appropriate start date for the cycle of the timetable you want to download.  Then click 'Select' and the file will download to your device.
