When generating labels in Compass (via the option under the 'Actions' button on the People Management page) you have the option to select the applicable Template to suit the labels.
If you need to add additional templates, you can do so during the label generating process by clicking 'Add Template' on the template selection pop-up.
To create label templates, staff will require the UserRecordsAdmin permission.

Firstly, give the template a name that is descriptive enough for other users at the school to know what type of label the template is configured for
From the drop-down, select the label type to determine how many labels will print per page.
Adjust any of the other settings as needed to complete your template set-up. Then click 'Save' at the bottom of the pop-up to add your new Template to your school's list of available label templates ongoing.
If you were adding the new template as part of generating some labels, continue to generate your labels per the usual process; if you were only in this screen to add the new template, once saved, you can click 'Close' to exit.
